Short description of the contract or purchase(s)
The provision of a High Quality Catering Service for the Tea Rooms at Scolton Manor, near Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire.
Scolton Manor Country Park is located five miles north of Haverfordwest in Pembrokeshire, West Wales. The sixty acres of open space and woodland is one of the largest areas of parklands in the county and is owned, managed and developed by Pembrokeshire County Council.
In addition to the park and woodland, Scolton Manor also has a significant historical heritage and operates as a museum. Built in 1842, the Victorian country house and estate buildings, once the home of the Higgon family, share a site with more modern buildings that collectively represent a heritage site of regional significance.
