The provision of a High Quality Catering Service for the Tea Rooms at Scolton Manor, near Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire.

In addition to the park and woodland, Scolton Manor also has a significant historical heritage and operates as a museum. Built in 1842, the Victorian country house and estate buildings, once the home of the Higgon family, share a site with more modern buildings that collectively represent a heritage site of regional significance.
