Abstract

The domestic property portfolio of the Council comprises a mixture of social housing (approximately 13,785 properties in number) and other properties. The Council has 25 properties containing passenger lifts (made up of high rise and sheltered properties). Scope • Planned Lift Maintenance • Responsive Lift Repairs Structure The Council has concluded that its requirements are best achieved by procuring a Framework Agreement with a single Contractor delivering all elements (repair and maintenance). This provides continuity of responsibility including repair and maintenance. The following shows the structure of the Framework: Description of the Works Lift Installation Upgrades The following programme of lift upgrades is expected to be delivered via this Estimated Value & Volumes The following information is intended to assist bidders. It should be noted that the estimated values and volumes are indicative only, and may change dependent on demand and budget.
