Bryn Primary School Delivery of childcare, Afternoon Wrap Around and After School Provision

Description of the goods or services required

The following is a call for competition for Bryn Primary School

Bryn Primary School have the requirement for a childcare provider to offer childcare places for:-

An afternoon wrap around in particular to support delivery of childcare places under the Childcare Offer for Wales.

An After School Provision for children attending Nursery and Reception classes

Bryn Primary school are requesting for expression of interest from interested childcare providers who are registered with Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) to develop this provision.

To express an interest childcare providers must email their expression of interest to Lorraine Llewellyn Acting Head Teacher brynprimary@sch.caerphilly.gov.uk no later than 15:00 hours (3pm) Monday 25 September 2023

In conjunction with the Local Authority Early Years Department and advice and guidance from Procurement, the Governors of the school will follow a three stage process to select the most suitable childcare provider

Stage One - Expression of Interest from the Childcare provider

Stage Two - Interview

Stage Three - Preferred Bidder Stage, Vetting and Toolkits
