Abstract

The Council requires a detailed Business Plan to be prepared showing how the operation of the building will be sustainable. It should be noted that it is unlikely that the final operation and management of the building and the arts programme in Wrexham will be managed by Wrexham Council; rather that a Trust will be established as a not for profit organisation to manage the ongoing Arts Service in Wrexham. However, the successful applicant will need to demonstrate that they have investigated the most appropriate future governance model for the organisation as part of the development of the Business Plan
