Cartrefi Cymunedol Gwynedd Cyfyngedig (CCG) is a registered provider of social housing which came into being in April 2010 following transfer of Gwynedd Council’s housing stock of 6,258 properties located throughout the whole of Gwynedd. We are now embarking on the second phase of our investment works to maintain the Welsh Housing Quality Standard (WHQS). This investment follows on from the initial 120m GBP investment works that has been undertaken to reach the WHQS.
CCG are looking to appoint Service Providers to a Framework to undertake External Investment works in Gwynedd which will primarily consist or re-roofing to main pitched roofs, flat roofing to stores, fascias, soffits and associated rainwater pipes including soil and vent pipes, render replacement and external wall insulation, windows, doors, garage and shop repairs and maintenance for its large scale investment works.
