The City & County of Swansea invites tenders for the provision of an On Street Enforcement Service, which will require the Contractor to, on behalf of the Authority, issue fixed penalty notices for various environmental offences, to include dog fouling and the dropping of litter. This list is not exhaustive. Please note that this Contract excludes the enforcement of on-street parking.
