Provision of Cleaning Services, Site 13. Site 13 is located on Cardiff University's Heath Park Campus, Site 13 consists of the following buildings:

Henry Wellcome, Cancer Genetics, Welsh Heart Research Institute and Tenovus buildings.

Cardiff University is an accredited "Living Wage" employer. The current living wage is GBP 7.85 per hour. It is a requirement that the successful contractor will pay the "Living Wage" to its employees, sub contractors and other persons it may engage in order to deliver this contract.
