Blaenau Gwent CBC are looking to appoint an experienced and reputable Facility Management company to assist in the daily running of multi storey car parks, public areas, an energy centre and a cableway as described within the tender documentation.

The contract will commence on 1st May 2019 for a 3 year period with an option to extend for a further period of 12 months

The contract will be for a period of 3 years (subject to performance) with an option to extend for a further period of 12 months.

The appointed company will be expected to provide services at 3 multi storey car parks, an energy centre, a cableway and public areas at The Works Site

Under the terms of this contract the successful supplier(s) will be required to deliver Community Benefits in support of the authority’s economic and social objectives. Accordingly, contract performance conditions may relate in particular to social and environmental considerations. The Community Benefits included in this contract are:

As part of your submission, bidders will be required to demonstrate their previous approach/experience in delivering Community Benefits and are required to submit a Method Statement in the form of a "Community Benefits Plan" setting out how they will incorporate and deliver "Community Benefits" through this appointment within Blaenau Gwent.
