II.2.4) Description of the procurement

The 4 Rivers for LIFE project requires the support of Local Action Groups (LAGs) to reach its project objectives in the area of invasive non-nativespecies control in three river catchments; Afon Teifi, Afonydd Cleddau, and Afon Tywi. This commission is to establish a LAG across the three rivers, recruit and train volunteers, identify target areas, manage a Himalayan balsam control programme, and report on progress, with support from 4 Rivers for LIFE staff.
