This Service relates to the provision of a local Direct Payments Support Service for all Service Users and their Carers who are in receipt of social care services in Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion or Pembrokeshire.
Direct Payments are monetary payments by the Service Purchasers to Service Users in order to provide for their assessed needs as agreed in their support plan.

Lodging of appeals
Pembrokeshire County Council will incorporate a minimum 10 calendar day standstill period at the point information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. This period allows unsuccessful tenderers to seek further debriefing from the contracting authority before the contract is entered into. Applicants have 2 working days from the notification of the award decision to request additional debriefing and that information has to be provided a minimum of 3 working days before the expiry of the standstill period. Such additional information should be required from the Local Authority via the messaging portal on etenderwales/Bravosolution
