Minimum standards and qualification required
Mandatory Requirements
The minimum annual turnover requirement has been set at 10 x the estimated annual value.
Maintenance of the following specified levels of Insurance cover:
• Employer’s Liability Insurance - £10,000,000 minimum cover
• Professional Indemnity Insurance - £5,000,000 minimum cover
An Equality and Diversity Policy that complies with the Equalities Act 2010
A Health and Safety Policy, which includes the following:
• A Policy Statement - signed and dated.
• The Organisation and Responsibilities - how Health and Safety requirements are implemented.
• The Arrangements – standards and procedures adopted in practice.
A statement as defined by section 54 ("Transparency in supply chains etc.") of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 ("the Act")?
Confirmation that you the tenderer will contribute 0.5% of the total fees charged each year to our Making a Difference fund that aims to support the communities in which we work.

Under the terms of this contract the successful supplier(s) will be required to deliver Community Benefits in support of the authority’s economic and social objectives. Accordingly, contract performance conditions may relate in particular to social and environmental considerations. The Community Benefits included in this contract are:
WWH is committed to contributing to the social, economic and environmental well-being of the communities in which we work. We do this through our making a difference fund, to which all suppliers are required to contribute 0.5% of the amounts charged to WWH on an annual basis.
Tenderers are invited to describe what other benefit they would be prepared to offer to WWH to provide additional value, such as training opportunities, work placements, apprenticeships, volunteering days, sponsorship or any other idea that would benefit WWH residents and communities.
