Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (BCUHB) and the North Wales Area Planning Board (APB) for Substance Misuse are looking to commission an integrated service user and carer involvement service for people with personal experience, either as a service user or carer, of mental health and / or substance misuse issues.

The service will include a single point of access for all involvement across North Wales; this will ensure equity across the region and ensure meaningful involvement in Mental Health and Substance Misuse Services. The service will give good value for money; in terms of cost, quality and reach of the service.
