Abstract

An invitation is extended to a consultative company with the expertise to undertake a Public Consultation on Gwynedd Council’s Library and Information Service Strategy. The provision of a Library Service is a statutory requirement under the Public Libraries and Museums Act 1964. Each local authority is required to provide a ‘comprehensive and efficient’ library service, encouraging both adults and children to make full use of the library services and to make available any information that may be required by library users.
