Powys County Council (‘The Council’) on behalf of Powys Area Planning Board for Substance Misuse (‘The APB’) have awarded a contract for Tier 2 and Tier 3 Substance Misuse Services for the county of Powys.

The Council has procured Tier 2 and 3 Services for young people and for adults, including those known to the criminal justice system, ready for these services to begin delivery from 1 April 2016 for 3 years. The successful tenderer is required to work in close partnership with the clinical service provider.
