Caerphilly County Borough Councils Social Services, Children's Services Directorate are seeking Individuals/Organisations to be part of a Framework for an Assessment & Therapies programme.
The framework will consist of individual lots.
An explanation of the lots required is stated below
Lot 1 – Independent Social Worker
Lot 2 – Independent Social Worker – PAM’s Trained
Lot 3 – Therapist
Lot 4 – Play Therapist
Lot 5 – Psychologist – Child and Adolescent
Lot 6 – Psychologist – Adult
Lot 7 – Psychologist – Adult – Cognitive Assessments
Lot 8 – Psychiatrist – Child and Adolescent
Lot 9 – Psychiatrist - Adult
Lot 10 – Specialist Risk Assessor – Sexual Abuse

The framework will consist of a two stage process
Stage One - Selection Stage - Providers will be required to provide evidence of their qualifications and experience for the Lots they are tendering for. Failure to provide will eliminate providers from the tender process.

Please find details below on how providers are to access and or register on to Proactis Plaza if they are not already registered and how in addition to have access to the documentation:-
1. Log in to the Proactis Supplier Portal at https://supplierlive.proactisp2p.com/Account/Login
2. Click the "Sign Up" option on the Portal homepage
3. Enter your correct Organisation Name, Details and Primary Contact Details.
4. Please make a note of the Organisation ID and User Name, then click "Register".
5. You will then receive an email from the system asking you follow a link to activate your account.
6. Please enter the information requested, clicking on the blue arrow to move on to the next stage and follow the instructions ensuring that you enter all applicable details.
7. In the Classification section please ensure that you select the Product Classification Codes (CPV Codes) that appear in the tender notice, it is essential that only CPV Codes specific to your organisation are added to your profile.
8. Buyer Selection – At this stage you are required to indicate which Buyer Organisations you would like to register with. Please remember to register with Caerphilly this ensures that you will be alerted to all relevant opportunities.

Short Description
The Council require Independent Social Workers to undertake general social work activities which are required to be independent and impartial from the Council or alternatively to undertake work where internal social workers are unavailable.
Whilst the work will be in relation to the Child, Independent Social Workers will be required to complete work with the child(ren), parents, other family members or others connected to the child.
Independent Social Workers will be required to complete the work in a professional manner and in line with Statutory and Council requirements.
