Abstract

A contract to repair a severely degraded footpath on the slopes of Mynydd Moel, Cader Idris. The contract lifetime is approx. 12 months for 300m of stone pitching. The work is for highly skilled individuals with extensive prior experience. The weighting procedure will reflect this. Weighting percentages are divided as thus:- 50% price. 25% craftmanship. 25% experience (supported by portfolio of proof).
