Abstract

Grwp Gwalia intends to establish a Contract with suitably qualified and experienced Contractor(s) for the provision of Agency Care Staff as and when required. It is envisaged that the Contract will assist in the care of individuals, enhancing their wellbeing and quality of life by supporting them to be more independent. The contract will be divided in to four seperate Lots. Gwalia Care and Support (GCS) work in partnership with people to make positive changes in their lives. They are focused on forming constructive relationships with people that empower them to maximise their independence and involvement in their community. Working as part of Grwp Gwalia, they provide a range of housing, support and care services which actively ensure that our clients gain a real enjoyment from living in their homes. Care and Support want to be responsive to the client' needs and moving forward plan on being both creative and flexible in the way they provide our services to ensure good quality and value.
