Abstract

CHARTER HOUSING ASSOCIATION (the Client), is wishing to tender to Contractors to deliver highway repair works required to bring current construction up to adoptable standards for adoption under a Section 228 agreement. The works consists of minor carriageway repairs such as resetting and replacement of kerbs, pavings and associated making good. Repairs and replacement of highway drainage items and repair and replacement of street lighting columns and associated support structure, wiring and illuminated signs and bollards. The works are in numerous small locations along a single stretch of highway.
