Abstract

1.The proposed Contract will run for 2 years with the option of extension for 2 further periods of 1 year each. The casework will be issued in batches of 10 cases to the successful Contractor (s). Each batch will contain similar cases at similar stages of completion (where possible) and each batch will either relate to bankrupt individuals (either debtor or creditor petitioned) or companies that have been compulsorily wound up. The successful Contractor (s) will take on the role of Trustee/Liquidator in each case and ensure that the administration of the case is concluded in-line with professional and legal requirements.
