Abstract

Adra is looking to appoint a range of Suppliers to partner with in the establishment of a new, all-Wales Framework for the supply of building materials and associated products. The Framework will be open for use by a wide range of public sector bodies, local authorities, housing associations and beyond throughout Wales. Adra currently leads on a unique single supplier Framework for the provision of a managed service across Wales. This Framework has been highly successful and has membership of several housing associations and local authorities across Wales. Following the success of our Framework discussions have taken place with the Commercial Delivery team within Welsh Government and agreement has been reached that Adra will lead on the retendering of the current NPS materials framework that will expire in February 2024. Welsh government fully endorse the new Framework and support it as a natural successor to the NPS framework. The new framework will form part of the Wales collaborative procurement hub and be advertised on Sell2Wales once the tender process is complete. Due to tight timescales with the framework and committed evaluation programme, unfortunately we are unable to grant an extension to the deadline. Therefore the deadline to submit a response / tender remains at 11/12/2023 at 9am.

Submission issues-

We are aware that some have been experiencing issues with the SPD functionality on sell2wales. If you experience any issues submitting your response / tender through the sell2wales post-box, please submit through our mailbox - caffael@adra.co.uk. Please can we reiterate that everything that can be submitted through the post-box is done so through the post-box wherever possible. Thank you.
