RBWM requires an experienced school meals provider to provide school meals to 16 primary schools across the Borough for a 3+2 years contract. The offer must be a 2 course set meal with a vegetarian option available (we currently have one school that provides Halal meat). Alternative options such as Jacket Potato with fillings and a sandwich/packed lunch also available during the Summer term. The provider must be able to offer a Cashless Catering system.
Please note: Braywick Court School currently resides within Riverside School and will exit the contract in 2019/2020 when they move to a new school site. There is potential for the contract to expand over the duration of the contract with more schools adding to the portfolio although this is not guaranteed.
We may require the provider to provide School Lunches during the school holidays if the government introduce this initiative at a later date.
