The objectives of the contract are to 1. Improve the consumer/ user understanding of the concept of organic wool and 2. Identify issues around/ barriers to small scale wool businesses in Wales attaining Global Organic Textiles (GOTS) certification, and make recommendations as to how these may be addressed.

Total quantity or scope of tender

The value of the contract is expected to be a maximum of £25,000. The work must be completed and invoiced by the end of May 2015.

3 Conditions for Participation

3.1

Minimum standards and qualification required

The BOBL Project is funded under the Welsh Government Rural Development Plan 2007-2013. The project has been extended until 30 June 2015 and all invoices MUST HAVE BEEN PAID BY THIS DATE. This effectively means that all work must have been delivered and invoiced by the 1 June 2015. See tender documentation for more information.
