The National Procurment Service on behalf of the Welsh Government wishes to establish a framework of specialist providers that it can call upon to provide services to meet the needs of those accessing a new Resource Efficiency front line service
Lot 1 Specialist resource efficiency advice and support
Lot 2 Research and evaluation services relating to resource efficiency.
The framework will be let for a period of 4 years with the option to initiate a break after 3 years.
