Explanation
Following the award of the original contract (Ref: DEC435656), the implementation of the new Back Office Software system into the Scottish Government's SCOTS systems has been more complex than anticipated and as a result has taken longer than was originally planned. This has led to the Client Side Partner being required for longer than was originally planned.
