Description of the goods or services required

The Development Bank of Wales requires a provider to deliver Portable Appliance Testing services across our offices in Wales and the North of England. Inspection and testing by a competent person will be required beginning September 2023, as per the below schedule.

1. 4 yearly combined inspection and testing of all portable electrical assets, to begin September 2023:

- Cardiff - 1547 assets

- Wrexham - 437 assets

- Llanelli - 72 assets

- Newtown - 47 assets

- Llandudno Junction - 53 assets

- Billingham - 116 assets

- Newcastle - 55 assets

- Preston - 30 assets

- Manchester - 120 assets

- Liverpool - 53 assets

- Cumbria - 17 assets

Total: 2547 assets across all offices.

2. 2 yearly combined inspection and testing of all portable electrical kitchen equipment only, to begin September 2026:

- Cardiff - 16 assets

- Wrexham - 11 assets

- Billingham - 5 assets

Total: 32 assets across all offices.
