Scope of Service To host, support and empower people with learning disabilities in Torfaen to become active self-advocates in the county. Service Objectives - To give people with a learning disability in Torfaen a bigger voice and make sure they are heard by decision makers and what they say is acted upon. - To develop people with learning disabilities to be skilled and successful self-advocates - To enable people with learning disabilities to know their rights and ensure they are treated with respect and as equals. - To work in partnership with other organisations and people across Torfaen - To work in partnership with national organisations to lend the voice of people in Torfaen to national priorities and actions.

Service Objectives
