Independent Adviser for Welsh Public Library Standards

Description of the goods or services required
The Welsh Government is seeking to appoint an Independent Adviser to support the monitoring and assessment process of the 2014-15 Annual Returns submitted under the fifth framework of Welsh Public Library Standards. This work will be undertaken in the period 1 July 2015 to 31 March 2016. For further information see the attached specification.
