Abstract

Oriel Myrddin Trust wish to appoint a consultant to undertake the Business & Governance changes for the redevelopment of Oriel Myrddin Gallery. This will consist of the following: • Governance and Legal Agreements • Change Management • Business Planning • Financial Planning for the redevelopment • Artist/s Commission • Risk Planning • Marketing & Communications Strategy • Public Consultation The consultant will work alongside the design team that is selected to undertake the designs for the redevelopment phase. The contract duration will be from 1st June 2016 – 31st January 2017 (with an option to extend up to a period of one year). The quotation will follow a two stage evaluation procedure.

2.2 Description of the goods or services required

Oriel Myrddin Trust wish to appoint a consultant to undertake the Business & Governance changes for the redevelopment of Oriel Myrddin Gallery. This will consist of the following:
