The University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust is seeking the provision of facilities and catering services for the education and research centre.
University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust is one of the largest acute trusts in the country and the major teaching and research centre in the South West of England. The Education and Research Centre is a designated building that provides teaching facilities, library and office space to staff within UH Bristol and is situated opposite to the main Trust hospitals.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement
The initial contract term will be for a period of three (3) years with the option to extend for a further two (2) periods of one (1) year periods, but will not exceed a total of five (5) years services required but not limited to:
(a) to provide a clean building for the users of the facilities;
(b) provide and manage a customer focused reception and building;
(c) to effectively and efficiently manage room bookings;
(d) to provide efficient and timely facilities services;
(e) to respond to the differing room lay out needs of the local users;
(f) to provide catering and beverage services to the users of the building.
(g) to undertake the day to day operations and management of the above services within the building, and it’s curtilage.
