II.2.4) Description of the procurement
The purpose of this tender is to commission housing related support within Ty Parc, a 24 hour homelessness hostel accommodating single people, couples and families with children. In terms of this contract specification the term families encompasses both couples and families with children. Support is provided to individuals/families, who have found themselves homeless, to find suitable accommodation as well as maximising levels of independence enabling people to develop the skills to successfully live independently within their own home.
