Abstract

Oriel Myrddin Trust wish to appoint a consultant to undertake the Business and Governance changes for the redevelopment of Oriel Myrddin Gallery. This will consist of the following, Governance and Legal Agreements Change Management Business Planning Financial Planning for the redevelopment Artist's Commission Risk Planning Marketing and Communications Strategy Public Consultation The consultant will work alongside the design team that is selected to undertake the designs for the redevelopment phase.
