I am writing to extend an invitation to quote for Marketing & Publicity services for an all Wales project entitled, ‘Minorities Are Wales Resources II’ funded by the Welsh European Funding Office, operating from 1st March 2012- 31st December 2014.

• Please refer to the attached Marketing & Publicity Terms of Reference when completing your application.

• Please complete the attached Request for Quote Form, adding your experience, skills and knowledge as appropriate.

• Please use the weighting percentage and maximum word limit on the application form as a guide to completion.

• Please complete the form carefully as unclear, incomplete or absent information will not be considered.

The closing date for applications will be 17.00hrs on Friday 4th July 2014:
