I am writing to extend an invitation to quote for Evaluation services for an all Wales project entitled, ‘Minorities Are Wales Resources II’ funded by the Welsh European Funding Office, operating from 1st March 2012- 31st December 2014.

• Please refer to the attached Evaluation Terms of Reference when completing your application.

• Please complete the attached application form, adding your experience, skills and knowledge as appropriate.

• Please use the weighting percentage and maximum word limit on the application form as a guide to completion.

• Please complete the application form carefully as unclear, incomplete or absent information will not be considered.
