Continuation of an established Dynamic Purchasing System (“DPS”) for the procurement of passenger transport services, excluding local bus services.

Organisations are invited to submit a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire to gain access to the Council’s Dynamic Purchasing System (“DPS”) for Passenger Transport Services.

Completed questionnaires should be submitted to:

Passengertransport@valeofglamorgan.gov.uk .

Successful applicants to the DPS will be requested, via mini competitions, to submit offers for a variety of Passenger Transport Services, including Mainstream and Additional Learning Needs (“ALN”) School Transport services.

The DPS will operate for a period of five (5) years, with the option to extend on an annual basis.
