Short description of the contract or purchase(s)

Powys County Council is seeking to engage with suitably experienced, CSSIW registered and competent service providers to tender for a County wide respite service for people with learning disabilities.

The Council wishes to enter into a contract with a service provider to establish an arrangement for the provision of safe and reliable, high quality support services that meets the standards as detailed within the tender documentation.

The Contract duration shall be for a period of 3 years, with the option to extend for a further 1 year plus 1 year which will be solely at the discretion of the Council.
