Supply of Catering Service Derwen Extra Care Scheme Cefn Glas

Description of the goods or services required
Derwen is seeking to appoint a catering service for its extra care scheme at Cefn Glas Blackwood. The service to provide a choice for one hot meal a day to a variety of clients, 365 days a year. All food to be prepared and cooked fresh on site daily. Annual guaranteed volume of meals 10220.
Potential opportunities for additional catering
In addition to the above. Residents (and their visitors) must be able to pay for and receive one hot meal day, seven days a week providing they give reasonable notice of their requirements (minimum 24 hours’ notice). Staff and visitors will also be able to purchase additional meals or snacks. Estimated volume based on current demand 6900 meals annually.
