Short description of the contract or purchase(s)

Dunbritton Housing Association intend to appoint a suitably qualified contractor to undertake the following:

1. All inclusive gas maintenance and call out repair service

2. All inclusive Electrical Wet Heating system maintenance call out service

3. All inclusive maintenance service of Solar panels

4. All inclusive maintenance of other source heating systems (Mitsubishi, Air to Air, NIBE

5. Carrying out annual servicing of all gas appliances

6. Servicing and replacement of smoke, CO2 and Heat alarms

7. Checking of thermostatic valves in baths

The contract is for an initial period of 3 years and may be extended by two further periods each of one year, subject to the performance of the contractor.

The properties are located in the local authority areas of Argyll and Bute and West Dunbartonshire

The successful contractor will require to develop in conjunction with Dunbritton Housing Association an integrated service including call management and call Centre facilities.

The works will take place within approx. 700 properties belonging to Dunbritton Housing Association.
