The Works are required on a total of eight (8) properties consisting of four (4 no)

1- & 2-bedroom bungalows, One (1 No.) 2 bedroom flat, and Two (2 No.) 3 bedroom houses to ensure compliance with the Welsh Housing Quality Standard (“WHQS”).
