Under the terms of this contract the successful supplier(s) will be required to deliver Community Benefits in support of the authority’s economic and social objectives. Accordingly, contract performance conditions may relate in particular to social and environmental considerations. The Community Benefits included in this contract are:
WWH is committed to contributing to the social, economic and environmental well-being of the communities in which we work. We require our suppliers to support us in this work.
We have a Making a Difference fund, to which suppliers are asked to contribute 0.5% of the amounts charged to WWH on an annual basis.
Tenderers are asked to confirm whether they would be able to make a contribution of 0.5% of fees to the Making a Difference fund, to describe what other benefit they would be prepared to offer to WWH to provide additional value, such as training opportunities, work placements, apprenticeships, volunteering days, sponsorship or any other idea that would benefit WWH residents and communities
