Adfer Mawndir - Gylchedd - Peatland Restoration

Description of the goods or services required

Provision of peatland restoration works for Snowdonia National Park Authority (SNPA) on behalf of Wales Peatland Action. The works will be carried out at several heather-dominated blanket bog sites across the top of the ridge (see maps below) and will take place over two seasons, working between the months of September and April. Restoration of the site will largely consist of hagg re-profiling, gully blocking, and placement of peat baffles in gullies to manage water flow.
