Abstract

Description of the goods or services required
We are seeking to issue a Contract for the provision of security legal support for refinancing of existing bank finance, to a single Service Provider.
Subject to Board approval, Tai Tarian is likely to implement a treasury strategy which is targeting a full refinance of existing bank finance.

Total quantity or scope of tender
The Contract will be awarded for the initial period of up to 9 months in order to allow for any complexities surfaced during the process but we are targeting completion no later than 31st March 2024.
The estimated value of the contract is expected to be in the region of 50,000 - 150,000 GBP plus VAT (this figure includes travelling and other expenses).
