The purpose of this Prior Information Notice is to inform the market that the Development Bank of Wales Group will be publishing a contract notice in August 2023 inviting tenders to provide surveying and valuation services to the schemes contained within the DBW Group Property Fund.

The contract will be split into four geographical lots covering the whole of Wales and will provide a mix of surveying and valuation services for three schemes within the Property Fund. The South East Wales lot will have up to 4 service providers with the remaining lots having up to a maximum of 2 service providers. There is no restriction on the number of lots that can be applied for.
The contract will be for two years with extensions provided.
Further details will be contained within the forthcoming Invitation to Tender.
