Abstract

Health Education and Improvement Wales (HEIW) has a requirement for an Innovation Fellowship program tailored for the Healthcare Science profession. This initiative aims to foster a culture of innovation within NHS Wales by providing opportunities for Healthcare Science professionals to develop their skills and contribute to the effective use of technology in healthcare. HEIW intends to procure a comprehensive program management and learning platform to support the delivery of this Innovation Fellowship, enabling participants to access educational resources, receive tutorial support, and develop innovative projects. The program will undergo rigorous evaluation to assess its impact on service improvement, the professional development of fellows, and the overall innovation infrastructure within NHS Wales.
