Abstract

Caerphilly County Borough Council, Building Consultancy are are seeking tenders for the construction of a new accessible WC and staff WC at Parc Cwm Darren. The scope of the project in summary is: • Construction of accessible WC; Construct new external door opening through stone wall with lintel over and roller shutter. Supply and fit new doc M pack, IPS, new suspended ceiling, vinyl sheet floor covering. • Construction of staff WC; construct new block partition, new sanitaryware, low level IPS, FDS30 fire doorset, new suspended ceiling and vinyl sheet flooring. • Additional works; create new opening between kitchen and garage. • Associated M&E works, alterations to fire alarm and signage, working with third parties such as Ambassador to remove and add back equipment. • Commencement of works: 6th May 2024 • Completion of scheme: 10th June 2024 • 5 weeks Full details can be found in the ITT
