To promote new research findings, spark discussion about the issues facing women over 50 in the workplace and encourage policy-makers and employers to consider the recommendations and ultimately implement changes.

We aim to provide new insights into women’s experiences in work, that spark discussion among those with the power to make changes to how older women are supported into and within work.
