Additional Information
The Framework Agreement has been awarded for a three year period with an option to extend by up to a further year. The Commencement date for Lot 1 and Lot 2 is 8th April 2015. The commencement date for Lot 3 is 1st August 2015.
The Agreement will not be for any fixed value or quantity. However, for information purposes, the estimated spend of the current framework is approximately 40,000,000 gbp per annum, and total spend on agency workers by the Welsh public sector (bodies included within this arrangement) is anticipated to be between 60,000,000 gbp and 100,000,000 gbp per annum. There is no guarantee of value or volume within the framework, however it is envisaged that the competitiveness of the arrangement will maximise participation.
The Evaluation criteria provided in this Award notice is top level which has then been broken down for each lot.
