Abstract

The Out-of-Work Service (OOWS) will provide support to participants living in Wales and belonging to the following groups: People aged 25 or older who are recovering from Substance Misuse (SMU) and/or Mental Health (MH) issues and are long-term unemployed or economically inactive; and People aged 16-24 who are affected/recovering from SMU and/or MH issues and are not in education, employment or training (NEET). The OOWS will be delivered in seven regional Lots. Suppliers are required to provide the following services - Recruitment of peer mentors, Training of peer mentors, Peer mentoring for participants, Specialist employment support for participants, Engaging and liaising with employers and healthcare professionals, Referrals and collaboration with other services, and administration of the service, compliant with Welsh Government and European Social Fund requirements. Short description of the contract or purchase(s)

The Out-of-Work Service (OOWS) will provide support to participants living in Wales and belonging to the following groups:
