Pembrokeshire County Council, acting on behalf of Pembrokeshire County Council and Hywel Dda University Health Board are tendering for the provision of information, advice & assistance, administration of the carers grants, a carers recognition card and a Carers Emergency Back-up Scheme for adult carers aged 18 and over who provide unpaid care and support to a relative, friend or neighbour who is disabled, physically or mentally ill or affected by substance misuse.

Lodging of appeals
Pembrokeshire County Council will incorporate a minimum 10 calendar day standstill period at the point information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. This period allows unsuccessful tenderers to seek further debriefing from the contracting authority before the contract is entered into. Applicants have 2 working days from the notification of the award decision to request additional debriefing and that information has to be provided a minimum of 3 working days before the expiry of the standstill period. Such additional information should be required from sending a message via etenderwales
