Short description of the contract or purchase(s)

The University is inviting tenders for the provision of an external audit service, for an initial period of five years with an option for the University to extend for a further period of up to two years. The successful firm will take up its appointment in respect of the audit of the accounts for the financial year ended 31 July 2016. The appointment will be made in accordance with the Audit Code of Practice issued by the Higher Education Funding Council for Wales (HEFCW).
